2、國盈+(廣西大學(xué)農(nóng)學(xué)院,南寧530005)摘要:【目的】研究宿根甘蔗黃化幼苗根系活力及其營養(yǎng)特性,探明宿根甘蔗幼苗黃化與根系吸收礦質(zhì)元素能力的關(guān)系。【方法】在宿根蔗幼苗黃化發(fā)生嚴(yán)重的蔗區(qū)采集宿根黃化苗、相鄰地塊宿根正常苗和新植蔗苗的根系樣品,測定根系活力及根系N、P、K、Fe、Mn、cu、Zn、Mg、B、s等營養(yǎng)元素含量。【結(jié)果】黃化苗根系活力極顯著低于宿根正常苗根系和新植蔗苗根系;黃化苗根系N含量略高于宿根正常苗根系,但低于新植蔗苗根系;黃化苗根系P、K、Fe、h恤、Cu、zn、Mg、B、s等元素含量均極顯著低于宿根正常苗根系和新植蔗苗根系,新植蔗苗根系礦質(zhì)元素含量最高?!窘Y(jié)論】宿根蔗黃
