2、側芽組培第8代繼代苗為材料,接種到含不同基本培養(yǎng)基配比、不同ⅢA、NAA、活性炭(Ac)濃度的生根培養(yǎng)基上進行生根培養(yǎng),采用L9(34)正交試驗設計優(yōu)選生根培養(yǎng)基?!窘Y果】在Ms、1/2Ms和3/2Ms培養(yǎng)基中誘導的番木瓜組培苗生根率存在顯著差異,誘導效果表現為Ms>l/2Ms>3/2Ms;不同IBA濃度對番木瓜生根率影響效果表現以2.0mg幾IBA>2.5mg幾IBA>IBAl.Omg幾IBA,以2.0~2.5mg,L為宜;不同NAA濃度對番木瓜生根的誘導作用表現為0.05mg幾>0.10mg/L>0mg/L,以O.05mg幾為宜;活性炭對番木瓜生根誘導作用表現為0.002%Ac>0.005
