2、側芽組培第8代繼代苗為材料，接種到含不同基本培養(yǎng)基配比、不同ⅢA、NAA、活性炭(Ac)濃度的生根培養(yǎng)基上進行生根培養(yǎng)，采用L9(34)正交試驗設計優(yōu)選生根培養(yǎng)基?！窘Y果】在Ms、1／2Ms和3／2Ms培養(yǎng)基中誘導的番木瓜組培苗生根率存在顯著差異，誘導效果表現為Ms>l／2Ms>3／2Ms；不同IBA濃度對番木瓜生根率影響效果表現以2．0mg幾IBA>2．5mg幾IBA>IBAl．Omg幾IBA，以2．0～2．5mg，L為宜；不同NAA濃度對番木瓜生根的誘導作用表現為0．05mg幾>0．10mg／L>0mg／L，以O．05mg幾為宜；活性炭對番木瓜生根誘導作用表現為0．002％Ac>0．005
