1、橋梁建設2016年第46卷第3期(總第238期)BridgeConstruction,Vol.46,No.3,2016(TotallyNo.238)57文章編號:1003-4722(2016)03-0057-06揚州萬福大橋主梁體系轉(zhuǎn)換研究葉慶旱,肖頡,覃勇剛(中鐵大橋局集團有限公司,湖北武漢430050)摘要:揚州萬福大橋主橋為(94+188+94)m的混凝土自錨式懸索橋。結合該橋后期荷載大、體系非線性強、工期緊張等特點,對主梁體系轉(zhuǎn)換過程中的吊桿安裝順序、主梁壓重以及支承條件影響進行研究,最終確定主梁體系轉(zhuǎn)換方案??紤]吊桿受力及有利于后期方案的優(yōu)化,吊桿采取從塔根向跨中的順
2、序張拉;為消除主梁下緣受力不利的影響、避免混凝土開裂,在張拉吊桿過程中,采取在主梁相應位置施加與二期恒載及下層橋面荷載等重的壓重荷載;由于主梁現(xiàn)澆支架的剛度對其受力影響較小,支架設置為相同剛度。實施效果表明,主梁體系轉(zhuǎn)換成功,線形和內(nèi)力符合規(guī)范和設計要求,所采用的方案減少了吊桿張拉輪次,具有操作方便、控制簡單、工期短的優(yōu)點。關鍵詞:自錨式懸索橋;混凝土主梁;體系轉(zhuǎn)換;吊桿;安裝順序;壓重;支承條件中圖分類號:U448.25;U443.35文獻標志碼:AResearchofSystemTransformationofMainGirderofWanfuBridgeinYangzho
