2、肥力質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的選擇提供依據(jù)。【方法】以盛果期油茶成林為試驗(yàn)對(duì)象,在湖南邵陽(yáng)縣的油茶主產(chǎn)區(qū)選取11個(gè)樣地,運(yùn)用方差分析、相關(guān)分析和因子分析等方法探討油茶林根際土壤與非根際土壤的生物特性差異以及油茶林土壤酶活性、微生物量與產(chǎn)量的關(guān)系?!窘Y(jié)果】過(guò)氧化氫酶活性在根際土與非根際土之間差異顯著(P(0,05,下同);堿性磷酸酶、總磷酸酶、脲酶活性和細(xì)菌、真菌、放線菌數(shù)量在根際土與非根際土之間均有極顯著差異(P(O.01,下同)。在油茶林根際土壤中,酸性磷酸酶、過(guò)氧化氫酶活性和真菌數(shù)量在高產(chǎn)與低產(chǎn)間差異顯著,高產(chǎn)區(qū)酸性磷酸酶、過(guò)氧化氫酶活性和真菌數(shù)量的均值
3、分別比低產(chǎn)區(qū)高31.8%、44.7%和109.3%;中性磷酸酶、總磷酸酶、脲酶活性在高產(chǎn)區(qū)與低產(chǎn)區(qū)間有極顯著差異,高產(chǎn)區(qū)中性磷酸酶、總磷酸酶、脲酶活性的均值分別比低產(chǎn)區(qū)高38.3%、31.7%和48.5%。油茶林根際土壤過(guò)氧化氫酶、總磷酸酶、酸性磷酸酶、中性磷酸酶、脲酶活性和真菌、細(xì)菌、放線菌數(shù)量分別與產(chǎn)量顯著相關(guān)或極顯著相關(guān)?!窘Y(jié)論】油茶林土壤生物特性與產(chǎn)量密切相關(guān)??偭姿崦浮⑺嵝粤姿崦?、中性磷酸酶、過(guò)氧化氫酶、脲酶活性和真菌、細(xì)菌、放線菌數(shù)量可考慮作為油茶林土壤肥力質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)。關(guān)鍵詞:油茶;生物特性;產(chǎn)油量;根際土:酶活性中圖分類號(hào):$79
