2、酚為液化劑、磷酸為催化劑對(duì)玉米秸稈進(jìn)行液化,通過單因素試驗(yàn)和正交試驗(yàn)確定玉米秸稈液化的最優(yōu)工藝;然后對(duì)液化產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行樹脂化,利用單因素試驗(yàn)確定樹脂化工藝?!窘Y(jié)果】玉米秸稈液化的最優(yōu)工藝條件:液化溫度150℃、液化時(shí)間165min、固液IzL3:13、磷酸用量10%,該液化工藝條件下,玉米秸稈液化殘?jiān)蕿?2.1%;樹脂化工藝條件:甲醛與液化產(chǎn)物摩爾比1.8、NaOH與液化產(chǎn)物摩爾比0.35、樹脂化合成溫度85℃、保溫時(shí)IN40rain、水與液化產(chǎn)物摩爾比8.0,該工藝條件下可生產(chǎn)獲得綜合性能較好的玉米秸稈液化物樹脂,用其壓制的膠合板干狀強(qiáng)度1.788MPa、濕狀強(qiáng)
