1、2012年2月潤(rùn)滑與密封Feb.2012第37卷第2期LUBRICAnONENGINEERINGVoI.37No.2DOI:10.3969/j.issn.0254—0150.2012.02.009環(huán)氧基氟化石墨耐磨涂料的研究易英鄭志云黃疇劉宏權(quán)(武漢理工大學(xué)化學(xué)工程學(xué)院湖北武漢430070)摘要:以環(huán)氧樹脂為黏接劑,采用酰胺類固化劑,并以氟化石墨為潤(rùn)滑劑,SiC為耐磨填料,制備一種常溫固化的耐磨涂料。用紅外光譜(丌.IR)、x射線衍射(XRD)、掃描電鏡(SEM)分析氟化石墨的結(jié)構(gòu)和性質(zhì),用光學(xué)顯微鏡(OM)觀測(cè)潤(rùn)滑劑和填料在涂料中的分散情況,探索涂料中氟化石墨和SiC的含量與涂層力學(xué)性能、摩
2、擦性能和熱性能的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:氟化石墨層間距為0.71rlln,晶型結(jié)構(gòu)不規(guī)則,表面能較低,其潤(rùn)滑性能優(yōu)于石墨;通過一定的工藝SiC和氟化石墨均勻地分散在涂料中;含SiC和氟化石墨的涂膜具有較好的力學(xué)性能;當(dāng)SiC和氟化石墨質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為20%和5%時(shí),涂層耐磨性能較好;SiC和氟化石墨使涂膜的耐熱性有所改善。關(guān)鍵詞:環(huán)氧樹脂;氟化石墨;耐磨涂料;分散工藝;摩擦因數(shù)中圖分類號(hào):TQ630.1;TH117.1文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):0254—0150(2012)2—034—6StudyonWear-resistantCoatingsofEpoxyResinthGraphiteFluorideYiY

7、涂覆于基材表面后,石墨、MoS,E6]、SiC。研究表明,氟化石墨在摩擦運(yùn)動(dòng)的工況下和應(yīng)力應(yīng)變的服役環(huán)境中,可起(CF)具有優(yōu)異的潤(rùn)滑性能,其潤(rùn)滑性能優(yōu)于石墨、到減少材料摩擦磨損、降低能耗的作用。耐磨涂料通二硫化鉬?。這主要有2個(gè)原因,一是CF的結(jié)構(gòu)常由基料、潤(rùn)滑劑、耐磨料等組成。環(huán)氧樹脂具有很為交替的層間結(jié)構(gòu),層間距為約為石墨的2倍(約好的附著力、耐磨性、抗化學(xué)性,適合用作耐磨涂料為0.71nm
