1、第32卷第5期礦冶工程V0l_32№52012年lO月MININGANDMETALLURGICALENGINEERING0ctober2012煤種類及添加劑對(duì)紅土鎳礦選擇性直接還原的影響規(guī)律①蔣曼,孫體昌,劉志國(guó),寇玨,劉娜,曹允業(yè),張士元(北京科技大學(xué)金屬礦山高效開(kāi)采及安全教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,北京100083)摘要:以含Ni1.49%,F(xiàn)e34.69%的紅土鎳礦為研究對(duì)象,采用煤基直接還原法選擇性還原鎳鐵礦物,研究并分析了焙燒過(guò)程中還原劑和添加劑種類及用量、焙燒溫度以及焙燒時(shí)間對(duì)鎳鐵選擇性還原的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:以寧夏煙煤為還原劑,NCS為添
2、加劑,1200℃焙燒50min,磁選得到鎳鐵產(chǎn)品中含鎳9.51%,鎳的回收率為84.04%,鎳鐵回收率差為54.49%。通過(guò)x射線衍射(XRD)、掃描電鏡(SEM)及x射線能譜分析(EDS)等測(cè)試手段分析了磁選鎳鐵產(chǎn)品中鎳鐵的存在形式,結(jié)果表明:紅土鎳礦直接還原過(guò)程中鐵礦物大部分被還原成浮土體,僅有少部分鐵礦物被還原成金屬鐵,并與鎳礦物還原金屬鎳形成鐵紋石和鎳紋石,實(shí)現(xiàn)了紅土鎳礦中鎳鐵的選擇性還原。關(guān)鍵詞:紅土鎳礦;煤基直接還原焙燒;還原劑;添加劑;選擇性還原中圖分類號(hào):TF111文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):0253—6099(2012)05—00
