1、第40卷第9期Vol.40No.92015年9月HEATTREATMENTOFMETALSSeptember2015工藝研究退火時(shí)間對(duì)超純鐵素體含銅不銹鋼組織與性能的影響尹鴻祥,趙愛(ài)民,趙征志,周開(kāi)春,裴偉,閆遠(yuǎn)(北京科技大學(xué)冶金工程研究院,北京100083)摘要:為開(kāi)發(fā)具有抗菌性能的超純鐵素體不銹鋼,添加1.4%Cu于21%Cr鐵素體不銹鋼,研究了退火時(shí)間對(duì)試驗(yàn)鋼組織、抗菌性能以及力學(xué)性能的影響。利用光學(xué)顯微鏡和透射電鏡等微觀分析方法對(duì)不同退火工藝試驗(yàn)鋼進(jìn)行了組織結(jié)構(gòu)表征,利用電子背散射衍射測(cè)量了試驗(yàn)鋼的微觀織構(gòu),通過(guò)拉伸試
2、驗(yàn)機(jī)測(cè)試了鋼的拉伸性能。結(jié)果表明,退火時(shí)間1h后,抗菌性能超過(guò)99%,屈服強(qiáng)度347MPa,抗拉強(qiáng)度488MPa,伸長(zhǎng)率29.2%。隨著退火時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),析出相形貌由球狀轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)闂U狀,尺寸增大,間距減小。試驗(yàn)鋼的抗菌性能與銅的存在形式、析出量及形態(tài)有關(guān),尺寸為500nm左右的桿狀銅析出相具有優(yōu)良的抗菌效果。試驗(yàn)鋼退火1min時(shí),析出相與基體呈半共格關(guān)系,強(qiáng)化作用最強(qiáng)。試驗(yàn)鋼的第二相的臨界轉(zhuǎn)化尺寸為30nm。關(guān)鍵詞:鐵素體不銹鋼;銅合金化;抗菌性能;退火時(shí)間;析出相中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):TG142.1;TG113.25文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A文章編號(hào):
