1、第25卷第6期礦冶Vo1.25,No.62016年12月MINING&METALLURGYDecember2016文章編號:1005-7854(2016)06—0045-06鐵尾礦和廢石制備建筑外墻防火保溫陶瓷材料楊航申士富劉海營葉力佳駱有發(fā)王金玲(北京礦冶研究總院礦物加工科學(xué)與技術(shù)國家重點實驗室,北京100160)摘要:利用河北某鐵尾礦和廢石為原料制備了建筑外墻防火陶瓷保溫材料。對鐵尾礦和廢石進行了ICP-AES分析、化學(xué)成分分析、X射線衍射物相分析、TG—DSC熱分析和放射性檢測。在此基礎(chǔ)上研究了原料配比、原料粉磨細度、發(fā)
2、泡劑用量、發(fā)泡劑粒度、燒成制度與建筑外墻陶瓷保溫材料性能之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明,以放射性合格的鐵尾礦和廢石制備建筑外墻防火陶瓷保溫材料技術(shù)可行。合適的物料配比為鐵尾礦用量為40%一55%,廢石用量為45%一60%,發(fā)泡劑外摻量為0.5%;原料粉磨細度控制在7.45m(D50)左右;發(fā)泡劑粉磨細度為0.037mm(D90);燒成溫度1160aC,燒成時間60min;制備的建筑外墻防火陶瓷保溫材料干密度為350kg/11,吸水率為0.48%,導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)為0.09W/(In·K),抗壓強度為2.20MPa,抗折強度為1.46MPa,防火
