1、72探礦工程(巖土鉆掘工程)第36卷第3期銨鹽鎳基電鍍金剛石鉆頭的電化學(xué)機(jī)理研究及應(yīng)用閻冠欣,王群英(1.河南省煤田地質(zhì)局四隊(duì),河南平頂山467000;2.中國(guó)地質(zhì)大學(xué)(武漢)材料科學(xué)與化學(xué)X-程學(xué)院,湖北武漢430074)摘要:以微機(jī)控制電化學(xué)分析系統(tǒng)對(duì)銨鹽鎳基胎體鍍層的電化學(xué)機(jī)理進(jìn)行研究,試驗(yàn)了硫酸鎳用量、氯化銨用量、鍍液溫度和鍍液的pH值對(duì)鎳沉積的影響,結(jié)果表明保持鍍液適當(dāng)高的pH值、略低的溫度和加入氯化銨,可使鎳沉積的極化增大,從而使鍍層晶粒變小,結(jié)晶致密,且氯化銨的加入沒(méi)有改變陰極過(guò)程的控制步驟。在NiSO·6H20280g/L,NH4CI19g/L,H3BO335g/L
2、,十二烷基硫酸鈉0.1g/L;鍍液溫度45oC±1℃,pH值5.2,電流密度3.6A/dm條件下電鍍041/27mm室內(nèi)鉆頭,鉆進(jìn)可鉆性Ⅷ級(jí)的絹云母化含石英斜長(zhǎng)石玢巖,鉆進(jìn)時(shí)效平均達(dá)到1.94m/h,鉆頭的磨損約為0.092mm/m,與普通鎳一鈷胎體鉆頭的使用壽命相差不大;但其鉆進(jìn)時(shí)效要比鎳一鈷胎體鉆頭高0.18m/h,即約高10%,為野外生產(chǎn)試驗(yàn)提供了試制鉆頭的可靠資料和經(jīng)驗(yàn)。關(guān)鍵詞:銨鹽;鎳基鉆頭;電化學(xué)機(jī)理;室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)中圖分類號(hào):P634.41文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1672—7428(2009)03~0072—04StudyandApplicationontheElectro
