2、劑板狀A(yù)g.SBA.15和纖維狀A(yù)g.SBA.15。以X射線衍射、掃描電子顯微鏡、透射電子顯微鏡和x射線能譜等手段表征了抗菌劑的結(jié)構(gòu)和特性。通過試管稀釋法考察了抗菌劑抗菌性能。結(jié)果顯示,兩種形貌SBA.15為載體制得的Ag—SBA.15都保持高度有序的二維六方相介孔結(jié)構(gòu),銀顆粒在載體中均勻分散。試管稀釋法測得由板狀SBA.15制得抗菌劑對(duì)金黃色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌濃度達(dá)8us/mL,而相應(yīng)條件下由傳統(tǒng)纖維狀SBA-15為載體制得的抗菌劑最小抑菌濃度為32ug/mL。關(guān)鍵詞:板狀A(yù)g—SBA.15;
