2、顯微鏡、x光電子能譜和接觸角測量對PVDF/PVC共混膜的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)和性能進行了表征。結(jié)果表明,親水改性提升了PVDF/PVC共混膜表面烷基氯硅烷的化學浴沉積效果;親水改性的最佳工藝條件為:KOH的濃度為5%、反應(yīng)時間為9min、反應(yīng)溫度為45℃;化學浴沉積后的PVDF/PVC共混膜接觸角可達153。,滾動角小于1。,具有良好的防污自潔性能。關(guān)鍵詞:聚偏氟乙烯;聚氯乙烯;親水改性;化學浴沉積;自潔性能中圖分類號:TB383文獻標識碼:A文章編號:1001.3539(2013)12.0012.06PreparationandPropertiesofSelf-cleaningPVDF/PVCBle
