2、能化改性處理,制得EG__T,通過超聲輔助擠出手段與PA6熔融共混制備得到PA6/EG—T復合材料。通過掃描電子顯微鏡、差示掃描量熱儀分析及力學性能、熱變形溫度測試對PA6復合材料進行表征。結果表明,熱膨脹石墨的功能化改性和超聲外場的引入使熱膨脹石墨的分散性提高,并且與PA6基體的界面結合力增強;PA6復合材料的結晶性能和耐熱性能得到顯著提高,同時,其力學性能也有所上升。超聲輔助擠出制備的PA6/EG復合材料的結晶度相對于純PA6提高了7.84%,熱變形溫度從純PA6的76.5~C提升到了110.9qC,提高了34.4qC.拉伸強度和拉伸彈性模量相對于純PA6分別提高
