2、度對Ps微孔塑料熔體沿軸線方向的壓力降速率和剪切速率的影響。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)入12角大于30。時(shí),改變?nèi)肟诮菍毫邓俾屎图羟兴俾薀o明顯影響,即對微孔塑料的氣泡成核影響微小,但當(dāng)入口角為0。時(shí),與其它各入口角相比,其熔體壓力降速率最大,氣泡成核時(shí)間最早;在毛細(xì)管段口模直徑不變的情況下,改變其長徑比對熔體氣泡成核亦無明顯影響,但壓力降隨口模長度縮短而變?。豢谀囟葘羟兴俾视绊懖淮?,但降低口模溫度,壓力降速率明顯提高,從而有利于微孔塑料的氣泡成核。關(guān)鍵詞:微孔塑料;連續(xù)擠出成型;剪切成核;快速降壓口模;數(shù)值模
