2、拉曼光譜、X射線光電子能譜(XPS)及比表面和孔隙度分析儀對其微觀形貌和結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了表征,并對NMCs的電化學(xué)超電容性能進(jìn)行了測試.結(jié)果表明:NMCs具有規(guī)整的形貌、介孔納米結(jié)構(gòu)和較大比表面積(2737m·g-1):由于氮元素?fù)诫s所賦予的優(yōu)異的表面潤濕性和贗電容性能,且介孔結(jié)構(gòu)有利于電解質(zhì)到達(dá)電極活性材料表面,NMCs表現(xiàn)出優(yōu)異的電化學(xué)超電容性能,在1A·g的電流密度下,1.0mol·L~HSO溶液中的比電容值為307F·g~,并具有良好的功率特性:此外,在10A·g的大電流密度下充放電循環(huán)5000次后,NMCs的比電容值保持率為96.9%.關(guān)鍵詞:介孑L碳:氮摻
