1、第41卷第12期當(dāng)代化工Vo1.41.NO.122012年l2月ContemporaryChemicalIndustryDecember.2012電廠專用緩蝕阻垢劑TH一604的性能研究及應(yīng)用田忠偉,賀茂才,李翠,高燦柱(1山東省泰和水處理有限公司,山東棗莊277100;2.tlJ東大學(xué)環(huán)境科學(xué)與_]:程學(xué)院,山東濟(jì)南250100)摘要:針對(duì)分布區(qū)域廣泛、數(shù)目龐大的電廠循環(huán)冷卻水系統(tǒng)的腐蝕和結(jié)垢問(wèn)題,研制了電廠專用緩蝕阻垢劑TH一604,并實(shí)現(xiàn)了工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)、銷售和應(yīng)用。TH一604由有機(jī)膦酸、聚羧酸、碳鋼緩蝕劑及銅緩蝕劑等藥劑組成分別進(jìn)行
2、了碳酸鈣、硫酸鈣阻垢試驗(yàn)、緩蝕性能試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果顯示:參照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB/T16632—2008,同一濃度下,TH一604的碳酸鈣阻垢率均高于ATMP、HEDP、PAA和HPMA。參照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)Q/sY126—2007,其硫酸鈣阻垢率為91.8%,符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。此外,TH一604對(duì)電廠循環(huán)冷卻水系統(tǒng)的碳鋼、銅材質(zhì)具有良好的緩蝕效果,其腐蝕速率分別為0.0379、0.0020lnm/a,均符合GB50050—2007要求。并在東北地區(qū)一電廠應(yīng)用6個(gè)月,應(yīng)用結(jié)果說(shuō)明TH一604能使補(bǔ)充水濃縮3倍以,系統(tǒng)正常運(yùn)行不結(jié)垢,符合GB50050—2007要求。從應(yīng)用
