1、第41卷第12期當(dāng)代化工Vo1．41．NO．122012年l2月ContemporaryChemicalIndustryDecember．2012電廠專用緩蝕阻垢劑TH一604的性能研究及應(yīng)用田忠偉，賀茂才，李翠，高燦柱(1山東省泰和水處理有限公司，山東棗莊277100；2．tlJ東大學(xué)環(huán)境科學(xué)與_]：程學(xué)院，山東濟(jì)南250100)摘要：針對(duì)分布區(qū)域廣泛、數(shù)目龐大的電廠循環(huán)冷卻水系統(tǒng)的腐蝕和結(jié)垢問(wèn)題，研制了電廠專用緩蝕阻垢劑TH一604，并實(shí)現(xiàn)了工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)、銷售和應(yīng)用。TH一604由有機(jī)膦酸、聚羧酸、碳鋼緩蝕劑及銅緩蝕劑等藥劑組成分別進(jìn)行
2、了碳酸鈣、硫酸鈣阻垢試驗(yàn)、緩蝕性能試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果顯示：參照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB／T16632—2008，同一濃度下，TH一604的碳酸鈣阻垢率均高于ATMP、HEDP、PAA和HPMA。參照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)Q／sY126—2007，其硫酸鈣阻垢率為91．8％，符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。此外，TH一604對(duì)電廠循環(huán)冷卻水系統(tǒng)的碳鋼、銅材質(zhì)具有良好的緩蝕效果，其腐蝕速率分別為0．0379、0．0020lnm／a，均符合GB50050—2007要求。并在東北地區(qū)一電廠應(yīng)用6個(gè)月，應(yīng)用結(jié)果說(shuō)明TH一604能使補(bǔ)充水濃縮3倍以，系統(tǒng)正常運(yùn)行不結(jié)垢，符合GB50050—2007要求。從應(yīng)用
