1、4第40卷,第9期工程塑料應(yīng)用Vol40,NO92012年9月ENGINEERINGPLASTICSAPPLICATIONSep.2012doi:lO.3969/j.issn.1001—3539.2012.09.001羧甲基殼聚糖接枝聚丙烯酸高吸水樹脂的制備及抑菌性能古王開明,黃惠莉,王忠敏(華僑大學(xué)化工學(xué)院,福建廈門361021)摘要:以殼聚糖為原料,在堿性條件下與氯乙酸反應(yīng),合成了具有良好水溶性的羧甲基殼聚糖。以合成的水溶性羧甲基殼聚糖和丙烯酸為原料,通過接枝共聚反應(yīng)合成了具有一定抑菌性能的羧甲基殼聚糖接枝聚丙烯酸高吸水樹脂。探討了羧甲基殼聚糖的合成條件,研究了羧甲基殼聚糖用量對樹脂吸水
2、性能和抑菌性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)堿與殼聚糖的質(zhì)量比為6:1,氯乙酸與殼聚糖的質(zhì)量比為5.5:1時,羧甲基殼聚糖的產(chǎn)率和取代度均較高,在水中的水溶性較好;在相同的合成條件下,當(dāng)羧甲基殼聚糖用量為丙烯酸質(zhì)量的1.80%時,樹脂具有較高的吸水性能及良好的抑菌性能,且均優(yōu)于殼聚糖接枝聚丙烯酸高吸水樹脂,其吸水倍率為980g/g,對大腸桿菌和金黃色葡萄球菌均有抑制其生長的作用,抑菌率分別為91.7%和70.6%.關(guān)鍵詞:羧甲基殼聚糖;高吸水樹脂;吸水性:抑菌性中圖分類號:TQ322.9文獻標(biāo)識碼:A文章編號:1001.3539(2012)09.0004.05SynthesisandAntibacte
