2、導(dǎo)體特性分析系統(tǒng)(KeithleY4200scs)分別對(duì)樣品的形貌.晶體結(jié)構(gòu).光學(xué)特性以及電學(xué)性能進(jìn)行了表征。結(jié)果表明:通過(guò)這種方法制備的自摻雜TiO2NTs在帶隙中引入了大量的氧空位.創(chuàng)造了氧空位能級(jí).從而提高了樣品的電導(dǎo)率,有效提高光生電子一空穴對(duì)的產(chǎn)生、分離和傳輸此外,由于氧空位的作用。使得TiO2NTs的帶隙變窄。增強(qiáng)了可見(jiàn)光吸收能力,致使樣品具有較高的光催化活性.并通過(guò)降解甲基橙溶液對(duì)樣品的光催化活性進(jìn)行評(píng)估結(jié)果顯示當(dāng)光照150min后,自摻雜TiO2NTs對(duì)甲基橙溶液的降解率達(dá)73%,并且這種催化劑便于回收和重復(fù)使
