2、對(duì)PVC拉伸性能、沖擊性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,CaT表面未處理,22當(dāng)其含量為4份時(shí),PVC的缺口沖擊強(qiáng)度由2.9kJ/m提高至3.6kJ/m,拉伸強(qiáng)度略有上升;CaT表面經(jīng)3%HSt處理后,分散性能變好,改性效果明顯,當(dāng)其含量為4份時(shí),PVC的綜合性能最好,其拉伸強(qiáng)度由53.5MPa提高至2256.0MPa,缺口沖擊強(qiáng)度由2.9kJ/m上升至3.7kJ/m。CaT表面經(jīng)2%鈦酸酯偶聯(lián)劑131處理后,界面結(jié)合性能明顯變好,當(dāng)其含量為6份時(shí),PVC的綜合性能最好,其拉伸強(qiáng)度由53.5MPa上升至57.5MPa左右,缺口沖擊強(qiáng)度22由2.9kJ/m上升至4.05kJ/m;掃描電子顯微鏡發(fā)現(xiàn)CaT
