2、變進行理論分析。實驗觀察了】,『±22.51,[±45]s和[±67.5]等4種鋪層方式的SMC層合板在彎曲變形下的面外微屈曲及受壓區(qū)最外層纖維微屈曲形貌,發(fā)現(xiàn)在同等彎曲半徑下,鋪層角度的增大可顯著降低微屈曲的程度,且可同時降低折曲破壞出現(xiàn)的可能性。最后,研究了在全0。鋪層的單向板內(nèi)逐步增加±45。鋪層的比例并改變鋪層順序?qū)ξ⑶潭燃靶螤钣洃浕貜?fù)率的影響。結(jié)果表明,增加±45。鋪層的比例可顯著降低微屈曲程度,同時改變±45。鋪層的位置對微屈曲程度的影響不大。60%以下的±45。鋪層比例對形狀記憶回復(fù)率影響較小,一旦±45。鋪層比例超過80%,形狀記憶回復(fù)率顯著降低。關(guān)鍵詞:形
