7、eywords:Geostationarymeteorologicalsatellite;Observationsystem;Remotesensinginstrument;Developmentplan0引言今后還將發(fā)射風云四號靜止軌道三軸穩(wěn)定氣象衛(wèi)我國是一個氣象災害頻繁發(fā)生的國家,每年因星。隨著國民經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,自然災害帶來經(jīng)濟損失的絕對值也會增加,加強對氣象的監(jiān)測和預報,就是氣象因素引發(fā)的自然災害的經(jīng)濟損失占全國災害損失的80。已經(jīng)發(fā)射的風云二號靜止軌道自旋穩(wěn)增加經(jīng)濟效益。本文對下一代靜止軌道氣象衛(wèi)星的規(guī)劃與發(fā)展進行了展望。定氣象衛(wèi)星,在我國天
