2、效應(yīng)的角接觸球軸承的表面粗糙度對(duì)壓力和膜厚的影響。結(jié)果表明:考慮和Y方向的粗糙度函數(shù)可以更好地模擬軸承滾道及滾球體表面的形貌特征,由此計(jì)算出的壓力和油膜分布更貼近工程實(shí)際;考慮兩方向的粗糙度后,壓力和油膜分布與單方向粗糙度有所不同,增大粗糙度波長(zhǎng)和減少波幅有利于減小壓力,增大膜厚,改善潤(rùn)滑。關(guān)鍵詞:角接觸球軸承;彈性流體動(dòng)力潤(rùn)滑;熱效應(yīng);余弦表面粗糙度中圖分類號(hào):TH117文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):0254—0150(2014)6—049—7EffectofMicroscopicSurfaceMorphologyonThermalElastohydr
