3、lectrocatalyticoxidationofglucoseinalkalinemediumonnanoparticleCuOfilmmodifiedelectrodehasbeeninvestigatedindetail.Whenappliedtodetectglucose,thesensorexhibitedalinearresponseofupto3.2mmol/Lofglucose,andahigh-1·cm-2,higherthanthatofmostnonenzymaticglucosesensorssens
4、itivityof3799μA·mMreportedintheliterature.Thesensorresponsetimewaslessthan3sandthedetectionlimitwas0.37μmol/L(atsignal/noise=3).Thisimprovementisduetothenanoporousstructureandthegreatlyenhancedeffectivesurfacearea.Inaddition,thesensoralsoperformedwellformeasuringglu
5、coseconcentrationsinhumanbloodserumsamples.TheresultsindicatethatthenanoporousCuOfilmmodifiedelectrodeallowshighlysensitiveandselective,stable,andfastamperometricsensingofglucoseandisthuspromisingforthefurtherapplicationinnonenzymaticglucosesensorsdevelopment.Keywor
