1、第44卷第12期電力系統(tǒng)保護(hù)與控制Vl0l_44NO.122016年6月16日PowerSystemProtectionandControlJun.16.2016D0I:10.7667/PSPC151271基于改進(jìn)教與學(xué)優(yōu)化算法的配電網(wǎng)重構(gòu)邱驍奇,胡志堅(jiān)(武漢大學(xué)電氣3-程學(xué)院,湖北武漢430072)摘要:正常運(yùn)行工況下的配電網(wǎng)重構(gòu)能降低配電網(wǎng)損耗。近年來(lái)新興的教與學(xué)算法具有自有參數(shù)少、簡(jiǎn)單易懂、收斂迅速等優(yōu)點(diǎn),十分適合多目標(biāo)、多約束的配電網(wǎng)重構(gòu)優(yōu)化問(wèn)題求解。以網(wǎng)損最小和開關(guān)操作次數(shù)為目標(biāo),并考慮運(yùn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)成本,將教與學(xué)算法引入到配電網(wǎng)優(yōu)化重構(gòu)中,對(duì)基本教與學(xué)算法中的教學(xué)因子進(jìn)行

4、ithm—specificparameters,andiseasytounder~andandconvergequickly.SoTLBOisverysuitableforthereconfigurationofdistributionnetworkswhichisamulti—objectiveandmulti—constraintproblem.Thispaperchoosestheminimizationofthenetlossandtheswitchoperationtimesastheobjectives,considersthecostsofoperations,a

7、要的目的I引。此外,配電網(wǎng)重構(gòu)還能實(shí)配電網(wǎng)最顯著的特點(diǎn)是閉環(huán)設(shè)計(jì)、開環(huán)運(yùn)行,現(xiàn)平衡負(fù)荷、消除系統(tǒng)過(guò)載及提高供電電壓質(zhì)量l4J網(wǎng)絡(luò)中裝配了數(shù)量眾多的開關(guān),其中分段開關(guān)占絕等目標(biāo)。大多數(shù)而聯(lián)絡(luò)開關(guān)數(shù)量很少。正常運(yùn)行時(shí),閉合分配電網(wǎng)重構(gòu)是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的非線性組合優(yōu)化問(wèn)段開關(guān)而斷開聯(lián)絡(luò)開關(guān)。配電網(wǎng)重構(gòu)的本質(zhì)即通過(guò)題,其具有多目標(biāo)、多組合、多約束的特點(diǎn),優(yōu)化改變網(wǎng)絡(luò)中開關(guān)的開閉狀態(tài)從而改變網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)?,?shí)的目的就是要在所有可行的開關(guān)組合中找到一組最優(yōu)解使得目標(biāo)函數(shù)值最優(yōu)。目前,配電網(wǎng)重構(gòu)的方基金項(xiàng)目:高等學(xué)校
