1、第28卷第8期電力系統(tǒng)及其自動(dòng)化學(xué)報(bào)Vo1.28No.82016年8月ProceedingsoftheCSU—EPSAAug.2016考慮低碳效益和時(shí)序特性的分布式電源優(yōu)化配置黃付順,王倩,何美華(西南交通大學(xué)電氣工程學(xué)院,成都610031)摘要:為了在配電網(wǎng)中更好地應(yīng)用分布式電源,利用配電網(wǎng)負(fù)荷及風(fēng)機(jī)、光伏電源的時(shí)序特性對(duì)分布式電源優(yōu)化配置;計(jì)算節(jié)點(diǎn)風(fēng)機(jī)容量系數(shù)并對(duì)風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)進(jìn)行了選址,利用光照強(qiáng)度曲線和商業(yè)負(fù)荷曲線的相關(guān)性及與風(fēng)機(jī)的互補(bǔ)性對(duì)光伏電源進(jìn)行了選址;建立了分布式電源的低碳效益費(fèi)用模型,并利用全年時(shí)刻數(shù)據(jù)建立288個(gè)時(shí)段風(fēng)、光、負(fù)荷的概率分布,以電網(wǎng)運(yùn)營(yíng)商利潤(rùn)最大為目標(biāo)函
