1、第39卷第9期電力系統(tǒng)保護(hù)與控制Vl01.39NO.92011年5月1日PowerSystemProtectionandControlMay1,2011飛輪儲(chǔ)能系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用于微網(wǎng)的仿真研究黃宇淇,方賓義,孫錦楓(福州電業(yè)局,福建福州350009)摘要:微網(wǎng)中的風(fēng)力光伏發(fā)電等微型電源隨機(jī)性強(qiáng)、輸出功率波動(dòng)大,微型電源功率不足,微網(wǎng)抗擾能力弱,由并網(wǎng)狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)入孤島運(yùn)行時(shí)需切除大部分負(fù)荷甚至全部負(fù)荷。采用飛輪儲(chǔ)能系統(tǒng)輔助的微網(wǎng)方案,利用飛輪儲(chǔ)能系統(tǒng)大功率充放電及充放電次數(shù)無限制的特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)并網(wǎng)逆變器的定功率控制方法。通過網(wǎng)側(cè)功
2、率測量決定并網(wǎng)逆變器的輸出電流,實(shí)現(xiàn)了平抑微型電源功率和負(fù)荷波動(dòng)的功能。在主電網(wǎng)故障時(shí),飛輪儲(chǔ)能系統(tǒng)向微網(wǎng)短時(shí)提供大量功率,維持大部分負(fù)荷等待主電網(wǎng)重合閘。通過理論分析及仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,在微網(wǎng)中應(yīng)用飛輪儲(chǔ)能系統(tǒng)是可行的、經(jīng)濟(jì)的、高效的,可提升微網(wǎng)的抗災(zāi)變能力。關(guān)鍵詞:微網(wǎng);飛輪儲(chǔ)能;抗災(zāi)變;供電可靠性SimulationresearchonthemicrogridwithflywheelenergystoragesystemHUANGYu—qi,F(xiàn)ANGBin-yi,SUNJin—feng(FuzhouElectri
