2、物歧化酶(SOD)活性和過(guò)氧化物酶(POD)活性5個(gè)指標(biāo),分析了27個(gè)種源對(duì)寒害的生理響應(yīng)模式。結(jié)果表明,2次降溫均顯著提高了非洲桃花心木的REC、Pro含量、SOD和POD活性。相比首次降溫,第2次降溫后,Pro含量、SOD和POD活性進(jìn)一步提高,而REC則有所降低,表明植株在2次降溫后進(jìn)一步啟動(dòng)了自身的保護(hù)系統(tǒng)。該研究應(yīng)用耐寒隸屬函數(shù)值對(duì)27個(gè)種源進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià),初步選出來(lái)自馬里(種源10#,20#,22#)和布基納法索(種源30#,31#,32#)的6個(gè)耐寒表現(xiàn)優(yōu)異的種源。關(guān)鍵詞非洲桃花心木;生理指標(biāo);
