1、專業(yè)：藥物分析雷公藤藥材及制劑的HPLC指紋圖譜研究高旋*，莊瑩，宋敏，翟清波，杭太俊(中國(guó)藥科大學(xué)藥物分析教研室，南京210009)摘要目的：建立雷公藤藥材及制劑的HPLC指紋對(duì)照測(cè)定法，為雷公藤質(zhì)量控制提供參考。方法：采用C18色譜柱，甲醇-水為流動(dòng)相梯度洗脫，測(cè)定雷公藤藥材及制劑的HPLC指紋圖譜，統(tǒng)計(jì)分析確定共有模式；以最接近共有模式的雷公藤藥材和制劑為指紋對(duì)照，采用夾角余弦法和相對(duì)歐氏距離法，分別從化學(xué)成分定性和含量?jī)蓚€(gè)方面對(duì)不同產(chǎn)地雷公藤藥材和主要市售雷公藤片劑的HPLC指紋圖譜進(jìn)行定性與定量相似性評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果：建立的雷公藤藥材及制劑的HPLC指紋圖譜
