1、植物科學學報2012,30(2):198~203PlantScienceJournalDOI:10.3724/SP.J.1142.2012.20198高溫脅迫對菊花電阻抗圖譜參數的影響112*劉易超,肖建忠,楊際雙(1.河北農業(yè)大學園林與旅游學院,河北保定071001;2.河北農業(yè)大學園藝學院,河北保定071001)摘要:以菊花(Chrysanthemummorifolium)‘神馬’扦插苗莖段和葉片為材料,測定其高溫脅迫(25~50℃)下電阻抗圖譜參數的變化,通過膜透性(相對電導率)與電阻抗圖譜參數間的相關性,來證明電阻抗圖譜法研究菊花耐熱性的有效性。結果表明:隨
2、著溫度升高,莖葉的胞外電阻、胞內電阻、弛豫時間呈現先增加,后急劇下降的趨勢,而弛豫時間分布系數變化趨勢為不規(guī)則下降。莖葉相對電導率是隨著溫度的升高先增加后降低再急劇增加。經過菊花莖葉電阻抗圖譜參數擬合菊花的耐熱性與相對電導率表示的耐熱性溫度極為接近。相關分析表明,高溫脅迫下菊花莖葉相對電導率與胞外電阻(莖p<0.01,葉p<0.05)、弛豫時間(p<0.05)之間有顯著的相關。由此可見,胞外電阻和弛豫時間是測定菊花耐熱性的適合參數。關鍵詞:菊花;高溫脅迫;電阻抗圖譜(EIS);相對電導率;耐熱性+中圖分類號:S682.11文獻標識碼:A文章編號:2095-0837(
