2、評(píng)價(jià)圖譜的相似性,以共有峰與對(duì)照峰的比值對(duì)各產(chǎn)地土荊芥藥材揮發(fā)油進(jìn)行聚類分析。結(jié)果表明:12個(gè)產(chǎn)地的土荊芥藥材的揮發(fā)油氣相色譜指紋圖譜有17個(gè)共有峰,其中氣相色譜指紋圖譜的相似度在0.85以上的有11個(gè),12個(gè)產(chǎn)地的土荊芥藥材的揮發(fā)油可通過系統(tǒng)聚類歸為兩類,不同產(chǎn)地土荊芥藥材的揮發(fā)油相似度較高。該方法簡(jiǎn)便,所得揮發(fā)油中各成分分離度高,建立的指紋圖譜重現(xiàn)性好,可作為土荊芥藥材揮發(fā)油的質(zhì)量控制方法之一。關(guān)鍵詞:土荊芥;產(chǎn)地;揮發(fā)油;氣相色譜;指紋圖譜中圖分類號(hào):Q503文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:AGCFinger
