2、測波長205nm和311nm，檢測器為二極管陣列檢測器(DAD)，柱溫25℃，進(jìn)樣量10l，流速1．0mL·min～。結(jié)果苦豆籽中不同生物堿的量隨物候期呈現(xiàn)不同規(guī)律的變化，其中氧化苦參堿，氧化槐果堿和野靛堿的含量從8～10月份遞增，槐定堿、苦參堿和槐果堿的含量隨物候期的變化不大，且苦豆籽中氧化苦參堿和氧化槐果堿為主要的生物堿。結(jié)論可根據(jù)苦豆籽中各生物堿量隨物候期的變化規(guī)律及各生物堿的含量為工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)不同生物堿而確定苦豆籽的合理利用。[關(guān)鍵詞]苦豆耔；生物堿；物候期；采收期；變化[中圖分類號]R927．2[文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼]ADynamicchangesofalkaloidcont
