2、ndesignofshippowercabinwithdoublecylindricalshell[J].ChineseJournalofShipResearch,2015,10(3):77-83.雙層殼體船舶動力艙結(jié)構(gòu)聲學(xué)設(shè)計優(yōu)化夏齊強(qiáng),樓偉鋒海軍裝備研究院,上海200235摘要:針對降低雙層殼船舶動力艙輻射噪聲的需求,對動力艙進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)聲學(xué)設(shè)計優(yōu)化?;诮Y(jié)構(gòu)阻抗增強(qiáng)原理,通過升高肋骨腹板和增加質(zhì)量抗來增大雙層殼結(jié)構(gòu)低階機(jī)械阻抗,并根據(jù)殼體優(yōu)勢模態(tài)對肋骨尺寸進(jìn)行優(yōu)化;為衰減振動波在殼間的傳遞,引入復(fù)合阻波技術(shù),采用阻振質(zhì)量與粘彈
3、性材料相結(jié)合的方法對殼間肋板進(jìn)行設(shè)計;利用FEM/BEM法對動力艙設(shè)計前、后振動聲輻射性能進(jìn)行數(shù)值計算分析,并開展雙層殼模型振動試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明:應(yīng)用非均勻阻抗增強(qiáng)環(huán)肋和復(fù)合阻波技術(shù)能有效降低雙層殼體船舶動力艙的振動水平和輻射噪聲;設(shè)計的動力艙具有良好的減振降噪效果,振動水平明顯降低,輻射噪聲有效減小,是一個性能較好的弱輻射體。關(guān)鍵詞:動力艙;雙層圓柱殼;減振降噪;結(jié)構(gòu)聲學(xué)設(shè)計;弱輻射中圖分類號:U661.44文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:ADOI:10.3969~.issn.1673—3185.2015.03.013Structure-borne
