2、×10g/mL、6.25×10g/mL和對照(CK)4種濃度檸條各組織水浸提液,培養(yǎng)發(fā)芽的黑豆種子。測定各處理植株的第3~4片真葉完全展開后的光合生理指標(biāo)。結(jié)果表明:1)一定光強(qiáng)范圍內(nèi),隨著光強(qiáng)的增加,同一濃度處理下,葉片凈光合速率、蒸騰速率均呈上升趨勢;2)在一定光強(qiáng)下,對于同一處理,隨著浸提液濃度的增加,葉片凈光合速率、蒸騰速率均明顯低于對照。3)檸條不同組織釋放化感物質(zhì)并作用于受體植物,抑制其光合作用。[關(guān)鍵詞]檸條組織;浸提液;黑豆;化感作用;光合特性[中圖分類號(hào)]Q948[文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼]AEffectsofAqueousExtractsofDifferentO
