2、急性胰腺炎(SAP)發(fā)生率、病死率的差異。結果重癥組與輕癥組、死亡組與存活組的BISAP及Ransen評分差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0．01)。對于Ranson高分組(≥3分)和低分組(<3分)患者SAP發(fā)生率間差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0．01)，兩組病死率差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P>0．05)。對于BISAP高分組(≥3分)與低分組(<3分)的SAP及病死率間差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0．01)。結論BISAP評分與Ranson評分對于判斷AP嚴重程度均具有重要參考意義。BISAP簡便易行，能夠早期對AP患者進行死亡風險評估?！娟P鍵詞】BISAP
