2、功能葉和籽粒的谷氨酰胺合成酶與轉(zhuǎn)化酶活性均有明顯的促進(jìn)作用,顯著增加玉米產(chǎn)量、籽粒蛋白質(zhì)含量及籽粒蛋白質(zhì)產(chǎn)量.在調(diào)節(jié)劑的3個濃度中,以PGRC1較合理.PGRC1處理玉米籽粒的蛋白氮含量比對照提高0.83g/kg,籽粒產(chǎn)量比對照增加13.18%,籽粒蛋白質(zhì)產(chǎn)量比對照增加19.59%.關(guān)鍵詞:玉米;生長調(diào)節(jié)劑;光合特性;氮代謝;關(guān)鍵酶中圖分類號:S143.8文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:AEffectsofDifferently-ConcentratedPlantGrowthRegulatoronNitrogenMetabolisminMaizeXIEGui-xian,RONGX

4、eproteinresource.Tocompareitseffectsonthephotosynthesischaracteristicsandnitrogenmechanismofmaizeplantbyplantgrowthregulation(PGRC)with3differentconcentrations,thefieldexperimentwasconducted.Itsresultsshowedasfollows:allthetestedPGRCshadsignificantlypositiveeffectsonthefollowingthei
5、ncreasingofthechlorophyllcontentandthenetphotosyntheticrateoffunctionalleaves,thepromotionofNtransportationintograinsfromleavesandstems,thepromotiontotheactivitiesofnitratereductaseandproteaseinthefunctionalleaves,GSsynthetaseandGStransferaseinbothofthefunctionalleavesandgrains.Asar
6、esult,theyieldofgrainandprotein,theproteincontentinthegrain,increasedsignificantlyaftermaizeplantwassprayedwithPGRCs.AmongthevarioustestedPGRCs,PGRC1forfieldapplication,sincetheproteinNinmaizegrain,maizegrainyieldsandgrainproteinyieldswouldberecommendedincreasedby0.83g/kg,13.18%,19.
