1、植物營(yíng)養(yǎng)與肥料學(xué)報(bào)2012,18(5):1228~1234PlantNutritionandFertilizerScience有機(jī)無機(jī)肥配施和根瘤菌接種對(duì)拉巴豆生長(zhǎng)、品質(zhì)及養(yǎng)分吸收的影響韓玉竹,張亮,李倩,石永康,黃建國(guó)(西南大學(xué)資源環(huán)境學(xué)院,重慶400716;西南大學(xué)榮昌校區(qū),重慶402460)摘要:選取優(yōu)良高產(chǎn)豆科牧草拉巴豆為供試材料,研究了接種根瘤菌和有機(jī)無機(jī)肥配施對(duì)拉巴豆結(jié)瘤、生長(zhǎng)、飼料品質(zhì)、養(yǎng)分吸收及土壤酶活性的影響。結(jié)果表明,F(xiàn)。M(50%有機(jī)肥+50%無機(jī)肥)和F5Mn25(25%有機(jī)肥+75%無機(jī)肥)處理的拉巴豆生長(zhǎng)最好,F(xiàn)(純施化肥)和:M(75
2、%有機(jī)肥+25%無機(jī)肥)處理次之,M(純施有機(jī)肥)處理較差,CK(不施肥)最差,F(xiàn)M。.和F0Mn25處理比F分別增產(chǎn)19.46%和16.49%。F和CK結(jié)瘤數(shù)最少,瘤重也最低,但根瘤數(shù)量和重量隨有機(jī)肥施用的比例增加而提高。在施用有機(jī)肥的4個(gè)處理中,拉巴豆凈光合速率相似,介于14.39~15.32CO:I~mol/(m·S)之間,顯著高于F和CK處理。此外,施用有機(jī)肥顯著改善拉巴豆飼用品質(zhì),尤以FM和F。M。.處理最顯著,并提高過氧化氫酶、蔗糖酶、脲酶活性。相關(guān)分析表明,拉巴豆根瘤重與地上部生物量、氮、磷、鉀吸收量呈顯著正相關(guān),相關(guān)系數(shù)依次為0.6758、0.72
