2、41％、5．62％、4．11％和3．93％；花梗中則鑒定出24種香氣成分，主要為(Z)一3一己烯醇乙酸酯、(E)一3一己烯醇乙酸酯、乙酸己酯和乙酸異戊酯。其相對含量分別為：27．71％、26．51％、20．96和11．97％。在檳榔花雄花和花梗中僅有6種共有香氣成分．其相對含量分別占49．24％和60-35％。檳榔花雄花和花梗的香氣均以酯類成分為主，但在其組成和含量上存在較大差異關(guān)鍵詞檳榔花；香氣成分；固相微萃取：氣相譜～質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用儀中圖分類號R284．1文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼AAnalysisofAromaticComponentsinArecaInflor
