2、、25%魚粉、20%魚粉、15%魚粉和15%魚粉+晶體氨基酸,試驗(yàn)持續(xù)8周。結(jié)果顯示:當(dāng)魚粉含量為15%時(shí),其增重率、特定生長率、肌肉鮮昧氨基酸含量和總氨基酸含量顯著低于對照組,而飼料系數(shù)則顯著高于對照組,添加晶體氨基酸對青魚生長無顯著改善;各處理組間甘油三酯(TG)、總蛋白(TP)、總膽固醇(TC)含量及谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(AI』T)活性無顯著差異,但15%魚粉組和15%魚粉+晶體氨基酸組的青魚的血糖含量和谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶活性顯著高于對照組。結(jié)果表明,青魚幼魚實(shí)用飼料中魚粉含量以不低于20%為宜,添加晶體氨基酸對青魚幼魚的生長無改善作用。關(guān)鍵詞:青
