2、表明:除Y1(ZYD03245,山東臨朐縣)外,其他5個野生大豆幼苗葉片的花青素、葉綠素和類胡蘿卜素含量隨著脅迫的加強均呈升高的趨勢;6個材料的相對含水量及葉綠素熒光參數(shù)均隨著干旱脅迫的加強呈下降的趨勢。以上述指標綜合評價6個野生大豆的抗旱性,Y4(山東陽谷縣)和Y6(山東聊城東昌府區(qū))最強,Y2(ZYD03269,山東無棣縣)、Y3(山東墾利縣)和Y5(山東廣饒縣)次之,Y1(ZYD03245,山東臨朐縣)最差。關(guān)鍵詞:野生大豆;抗旱性;花青素;類胡蘿卜素;相對含水量;葉綠素熒光參數(shù)中圖分類號:$565.1文獻標識碼:A文章
