1、中圊患擘c曼提2012,28(09):42—47ChineseAgriculturalScienceBulletin干旱脅迫對(duì)大豆苗期光合生理特性的影響盧瓊瓊,宋新山,嚴(yán)登華(東華大學(xué)環(huán)境科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院,上海201620;中國(guó)水利水電科學(xué)研究院,北京100044)摘要:為了探明大豆干旱脅迫的生理特性,以‘豫豆19’為實(shí)驗(yàn)材料,采用盆栽方式,設(shè)置對(duì)照(CK),輕度干旱脅迫(L),中度干旱)YJ-L~(M)和重度干旱脅迫(N)4個(gè)水分處理水平,研究了不同水分條件下大豆幼苗的生理生化響應(yīng)。結(jié)果顯示:隨著干旱脅迫的加強(qiáng),葉片中葉綠素
2、含量降低,游離脯氨酸含量逐漸增加,可溶性糖含量顯著升高。隨著干旱脅迫時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),葉片中丙二醛含量呈升一降.升的變化趨勢(shì),超氧化物歧化酶(sOD)活性呈現(xiàn)先增加后降低的變化趨勢(shì)。干旱脅迫下,大豆的凈光合速率(Pn)、氣孔導(dǎo)度(Gs)和蒸騰速率(Tr)顯著降低(0.05);水分利用效率(WUE)在輕度水分脅迫條件下有所提高,在中度脅迫下又有一定的下降,在重度脅迫下則明顯降低;胞間CO:含量(ci)在輕度和中度干旱脅迫下降低而在重度干旱脅迫下又明顯升高,說明在輕度和中度干旱脅迫下,Pn的下降是由氣孔因素造成的;在重度干旱脅迫下Pn
