2、廠煤泥水沉降的影響,采用激光粒度儀分析了<0.045mm極細(xì)顆粒煤泥的粒度組成、用XRD衍射儀分析了煤和矸石的主要組成;并將不同質(zhì)量比的煤和矸石進(jìn)行泥化試驗(yàn),取其上清液進(jìn)行水質(zhì)硬度化驗(yàn)?;?yàn)結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)原煤和矸石質(zhì)量比為3:1時(shí),煤泥水硬度最大,對(duì)煤泥水沉降最有利。從提高分選效率和節(jié)能減排方面考慮,張二選煤廠在生產(chǎn)中應(yīng)控制矸石的入選量,以加速煤泥水的沉降。關(guān)鍵詞:煤泥水;水質(zhì)硬度;質(zhì)量配比;粒度組成;沉降效果中圖分類號(hào):TD926.2文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:ATheinfluenceofproportionchange

8、mentefct張二選煤廠是一座礦井型動(dòng)力煤選煤廠,于泥量的增加使煤泥水處理難度加大,也使整個(gè)選煤2005年正式投產(chǎn),采用跳汰分級(jí)洗選+煤泥水分廠的分選精度降低。同時(shí),隨著礦井機(jī)械化開采程級(jí)處理的聯(lián)合工藝,原設(shè)計(jì)能力為4.0Mt/a,經(jīng)技度的提高,大量泥巖混入,人選原煤中的矸石術(shù)改造后,現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)能力達(dá)到7.0Mt/a。該廠入選原量不斷提高。由于煤和矸石中含有不同的礦物,這煤灰分為45%,屬高灰煤。由于該廠原煤人選量
