1、基于旋流微泡浮選柱的高灰細(xì)泥浮選優(yōu)化試驗(yàn)劉均章,沙杰2,宋景玲(1.中國(guó)煤炭科工集團(tuán)北京華宇工程有限公司,河南平頂山467002;2.中國(guó)礦業(yè)大學(xué)化工學(xué)院,江蘇徐州221116;3.安陽(yáng)鑫龍煤業(yè)(集團(tuán))有限公司龍山選煤廠,河南安陽(yáng)455133)摘要:介紹了高灰細(xì)泥的成因及其對(duì)煤泥浮選效果的影響。闡述了旋流微泡浮選柱的工作原理和技術(shù)特點(diǎn),構(gòu)建了實(shí)驗(yàn)室旋流微泡浮選柱系統(tǒng),并對(duì)龐莊礦煤泥進(jìn)行了分選試驗(yàn),最后對(duì)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。通過(guò)正交試驗(yàn)得到各因素對(duì)各響應(yīng)值的影響顯著性:對(duì)于精煤灰分,入料質(zhì)量濃度>捕收劑用量>起泡劑用量;對(duì)于尾煤灰分、精煤產(chǎn)率、浮選
2、完善指標(biāo)和可燃體回收率,起泡劑用量>捕收劑用量>2v料質(zhì)量濃度。通過(guò)優(yōu)化試驗(yàn)確定煤樣最佳浮選條件為:捕收劑用量1600g/t,起泡劑用量250g/t,入料質(zhì)量濃度80g/L,得到的精煤灰分、尾煤灰分、精煤產(chǎn)率、浮選完善指標(biāo)和可燃體回收率分別為10.65%,52.35%,59.76%,51.39%和74.14%。通過(guò)對(duì)比煤泥和精煤的粒度組成,說(shuō)明精煤灰分降低了17.48%,其中一0.074mm灰分降低了22.29%,說(shuō)明旋流微泡浮選柱對(duì)龐莊礦煤泥的分選效果較好,特別對(duì)高灰細(xì)泥分選效果更佳。關(guān)鍵詞:旋流微泡浮選柱;高灰細(xì)泥;煤泥浮選;降灰;正交試驗(yàn)中
