1、中國當(dāng)代醫(yī)藥2014年9月第21卷第26期·臨床研究·前置胎盤不同附著位置對剖宮產(chǎn)后再次妊娠母嬰結(jié)局的影響劉俊謝小琴江西省萍鄉(xiāng)市婦幼保健院婦產(chǎn)科．江西萍鄉(xiāng)337000【摘要】目的探討前置胎盤不同附著位置對剖宮產(chǎn)后再次妊娠母嬰結(jié)局的影響。方法回顧性分析本院2011年1月～2013年l2月收治的80例剖宮產(chǎn)后再次妊娠合并前置胎盤患者的臨床資料，將胎盤附著于前壁的患者分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組，附著于后壁的患者為對照組，比較兩組患者的一般資料、新生兒情況、妊娠結(jié)局和并發(fā)癥發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者胎盤植人、胎盤粘連、急診剖宮產(chǎn)、
2、子宮切除、彌散性血管內(nèi)凝血、產(chǎn)后出血、出血量>1000ml以及早產(chǎn)發(fā)生率均顯著高于對照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0．05)。結(jié)論剖宮產(chǎn)后再次妊娠產(chǎn)婦合并前置胎盤，胎盤附著于前壁時妊娠結(jié)局較后壁差，應(yīng)提前確認(rèn)附著位置以改善妊娠結(jié)局。【關(guān)鍵詞】前置胎盤；附著位置；剖宮產(chǎn)【中圖分類號】R714．56【文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼】A【文章編號】1674—4721(2014)09(b)一0031—03Influenceofdiferentattachmentsitesofplacentapreviaonmaternalandchi
