1、提高煤泥浮選捕收劑性能的試驗研究吉登高,蔡陽輝,彭素琴,吳越(太原理工大學(xué)礦業(yè)工程學(xué)院,山西太原030024)摘要:針對煤泥浮選捕收劑分散難、選擇性差、用量大等問題,利用不同化工產(chǎn)品及表面活性劑,將煤油制備成復(fù)合捕收劑用于煤泥浮選。分別進(jìn)行了煤油、復(fù)合捕收劑的優(yōu)選試驗及浮選速度試驗。優(yōu)選試驗表明:當(dāng)煤油用量為900g/t,仲辛醇用量為450g/t時,煤油浮選效果最佳;當(dāng)Fy一4復(fù)合捕收劑用量為500g/t,仲辛醇用量為450s/t時,精煤灰分為9.96%,精煤產(chǎn)率為88.72%,可燃體回收率為94.82%,在精煤灰分相近的條件下,F(xiàn)y一4復(fù)合捕收劑的用量比煤
2、油降低了44.44%,精煤產(chǎn)率和可燃體回收率分別提高了0.06%和0.16%。浮選速度試驗表明:Fy一4復(fù)合捕收劑不僅節(jié)省了藥劑用量,而且提高了煤泥浮選活性,提升了精煤浮選速度。最后探討了無機(jī)電解質(zhì)NaC1對復(fù)合捕收劑浮選效果的影響,當(dāng)NaCI濃度為0.05mol/L時,煤泥顆粒Zeta電位更趨近零電點(diǎn),降低了煤泥顆粒的相對接觸角,改善了煤泥浮選效果。關(guān)鍵詞:復(fù)合捕收劑;浮選速度;無機(jī)電解質(zhì);Zeta電位;相對接觸角中圖分類號:TD943.13文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A文章編號:1006—6772(2012)02—0006—04Experimentalresearcho
