1、第6卷第4期環(huán)境工程學(xué)報(bào)Vo1.6.NO.42012年4月ChineseJournalofEnvironmentalEngineerinApt.2012脫水污泥熱調(diào)質(zhì)的特性葛劍葛仕福趙培濤(東南大學(xué)能源與環(huán)境學(xué)院,南京210096)摘要熱調(diào)質(zhì)方法是污泥深度脫水的有效辦法之一。研究結(jié)果表明,污泥熱調(diào)質(zhì)過(guò)程中反應(yīng)溫度和反應(yīng)時(shí)間對(duì)污泥熱調(diào)質(zhì)效果影響較大,攪拌速度影響較小。當(dāng)反應(yīng)溫度從160oC升至180℃,反應(yīng)時(shí)問(wèn)從30min增至60min時(shí),污泥溶液中揮發(fā)性懸浮固體(VSS)急劇溶解,釋放出細(xì)胞里的結(jié)合水
2、,表明污泥細(xì)胞破壁的溫度條件為160~180℃,時(shí)間條件為45~60min。熱調(diào)質(zhì)后污泥的比阻變化較大。隨著反應(yīng)溫度的不斷提高,比阻不斷減小,污泥的脫水性能越來(lái)越好。實(shí)驗(yàn)確定了污泥熱調(diào)質(zhì)的最佳反應(yīng)條件為:反應(yīng)溫度180qc,反應(yīng)時(shí)間60vain,攪拌轉(zhuǎn)速30r/rain。在此條件下,壓濾后泥餅含水率約50%,濾液中COD濃度可達(dá)19000mg/L,有利于后續(xù)污泥的消化。關(guān)鍵詞污泥熱調(diào)質(zhì)揮發(fā)性懸浮固體比阻中圖分類(lèi)號(hào)X703文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼A文章編號(hào)1673—9108(2012)04—1363—06Proper

8、dedsolids;specificresistance隨著我國(guó)城市化進(jìn)程的加快,城市污泥的產(chǎn)生游離水,改善了污泥的脫水性能。量急劇增長(zhǎng)。在節(jié)能減排的大環(huán)境下,污泥資源化茍銳等通過(guò)污泥水熱處理實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了污泥利用已經(jīng)成為污泥處理的最有效方法之一。污泥中的水分特征及脫水性能,發(fā)現(xiàn)隨著熱處理時(shí)間的含有大量微生物細(xì)胞和有機(jī)質(zhì)膠體物質(zhì),脫水性能增加束縛水含量降低,在170℃、90min時(shí)束縛水較差。無(wú)論工業(yè)污泥,還是市政污泥,其脫水污泥含含量降低至59.2%,使大
