2、.EnvironmentalScience&Technology,2013,36(5):112一l16.污泥活性炭深度處理焦化廢水的試驗研究劉寶河1,2,孟冠華,陶冬民,張林生(1.安徽工業(yè)大學(xué)環(huán)境工程系,安徽馬鞍山243002;2.東南大學(xué)能源與環(huán)境學(xué)院,江蘇南京210096)摘要:以污水處理廠剩余污泥為原料、氯化鋅為活化劑,制備得到污泥活性炭AC—Z。借助比表面積測定和紅外光譜分析表征污泥活性炭的物理化學(xué)性質(zhì)。采用瓶點法靜態(tài)吸附實驗和動態(tài)柱吸附實驗研究Ac—Z對焦化廢水生化尾水中COD和色度的去除
3、效果。瓶點法靜態(tài)試驗表明:AC-Z對COD和色度的去除率隨著pH的增大而減小,隨投加量的增加而增大;Ac—z對COD和色度的吸附為吸熱過程,COD的吸附數(shù)據(jù)符合Langmuir吸附等溫方程,303K時單層最大吸附量為117.65mg/g;準(zhǔn)二級動力學(xué)方程可以很好的描述303K時AC-Z對COD的動力學(xué)吸附行為,吸附速率常數(shù)為2.55x10(mg·min)。動態(tài)試驗表明:吸附流速10BV/h,污泥吸附劑對COD和色度的去除效果較好,可以達到國家污水綜合排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)一級標(biāo)準(zhǔn);選擇質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)5%NaOH為脫附劑時
