2、轉(zhuǎn)印實驗,并對轉(zhuǎn)印沉積薄膜進行了光學(xué)顯微鏡、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)和能量彌散x射線(EDX)等分析,探討了激光散焦距離與沉積薄膜的尺寸、形貌以及厚度均勻性的關(guān)系,并在此基礎(chǔ)上研究了轉(zhuǎn)印薄膜形貌發(fā)生變化的機理。研究結(jié)果表明,隨著激光光斑離焦距離的增大,轉(zhuǎn)印圖形的尺寸先增大后變小,直至消失。轉(zhuǎn)印Cu薄膜的形態(tài)從環(huán)形或火山形,轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閳A形,并且圓形薄膜的邊緣存在大量微小的Cu顆粒。薄膜的轉(zhuǎn)印形式也由開始的液態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)印向固態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)印演變。關(guān)鍵詞薄膜;形貌及界面;激光誘發(fā)前向轉(zhuǎn)?。晃⒔Y(jié)構(gòu)制造中圖分類號TG456.9文獻標(biāo)識
