3、odiplodiatheobromae。菌株FJAT-9860在PDA培養(yǎng)基上菌落最初為白色,后逐漸變?yōu)榛疑胶谏7稚咦訛閱渭?xì)胞,無色透明,橢圓形至圓形。ITS序列分析表明,菌株FJAT-9860與Lasiodiplodiatheobromaestrain親緣關(guān)系最近,同源性為99。該菌株最適生長(zhǎng)溫度為25℃,最適生長(zhǎng)pH值為8.0,不同碳源對(duì)菌株FJAT-9860的生長(zhǎng)影響不同,最佳碳源為甘露醇。關(guān)鍵詞:蓮霧;黑腐病;鑒定;生物學(xué)特性中圖分類號(hào):S436文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:AIdentificationPathogenCausingBlackSpotDiseaseonWax
