1、第40卷第7期硅酸鹽學(xué)報Vo1.40,NO.72012年7月J0URNAL0FTHECHINESECERAMICS0CIETYJU1v,2012梭狀NaLa(MoO4)2的微波溶劑熱合成及其發(fā)光性能洪慧敏,呂憶農(nóng),劉云飛,魏玲(南京工業(yè)大學(xué)材料科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院,材料化學(xué)工程國家雨點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,南京210009)摘要:通過微波溶劑熱法合成梭狀NaLa(MoO4)2粉體,研究了乙二醇與水的體積比、反應(yīng)溫度和反應(yīng)物濃度等參數(shù)對產(chǎn)物形貌和尺寸的影響。利用x射線衍射儀、掃描電子顯微鏡、雙光束紫外一可見分光光度計和熒光光譜儀對產(chǎn)物的物相、結(jié)構(gòu)、形貌和發(fā)光性能進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明:在15
2、0℃微波加熱6h,可合成出尺寸(長軸為2pan、短軸為0.3m)均勻的四方相四棱梭狀NaLa(MoO4)2;Eu摻雜后,NaLa(MoO4)2的四方相白鎢礦結(jié)構(gòu)沒有改變;對NaLal(MoO4)2:xEu”的熒光光譜NinON,其在294nm和393nm波長的紫外激發(fā)F,發(fā)射波長為615nm的紅光;Eu在NaLal(MoO4)2:xEu=O.025~0.2OO)中沒有明顯的濃度猝滅。關(guān)鍵詞:堿金屬稀土鉬酸鹽;微波溶劑熱;梭狀形貌;發(fā)光性能中圖分類號:TB39文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A文章編號:0454-5648(2012)071023-07網(wǎng)絡(luò)出版時間:2012-07-0314:
