2、法,得出轉(zhuǎn)向機(jī)構(gòu)參數(shù)性能的變化情況以及設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)的近似敏感度,得到關(guān)聯(lián)度最大鉸點(diǎn)。采用OPTDES—SOP優(yōu)化模型,設(shè)置目標(biāo)函數(shù),建立了以綜合轉(zhuǎn)向性能最優(yōu)為優(yōu)化目標(biāo)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)模型。經(jīng)過(guò)優(yōu)化,轉(zhuǎn)向力臂差變化比率為一74.6%,轉(zhuǎn)向角度增加+2.22%,通過(guò)實(shí)際應(yīng)用,減小了轉(zhuǎn)向過(guò)程轉(zhuǎn)向液壓系統(tǒng)的振動(dòng)和沖擊,增加了系統(tǒng)轉(zhuǎn)向穩(wěn)定性,取得了良好的效果,為該轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)的控制與操作提供了必要的依據(jù)。關(guān)鍵詞:鉸接轉(zhuǎn)向:優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì):轉(zhuǎn)向穩(wěn)定性中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):TH122文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):2095—302x(2014)01.0063.05op
